Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 30 days before arrival and, from that moment on, will no longer be refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
Late arrival and Early departure: any unused nights will be charged at 100% of the total amount as a penalty.
Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services. The cancellation policy also applies in the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent arrival.

Security deposit
